Winter is also a great time to do the Langtang Trekking mainly in January, as the entire landscape will be covered with snow, but you should be equipped with gear and preparedness. It’s cold, especially in higher regions, and snowfall and flow-blowing cold winds are common. However, there’s less crowd, so you’ll have quite a trekking experience if you can endure the cold.

While summer and monsoon seasons are considered periods of heavy rainfall, they have their own sets of offerings. The trails are slippery and muddy. Nevertheless, the whole valley is carpeted with vibrant green vegetation, attracting one’s innate nature awakening. And post rain clear blue sky welcomes your sight for a spectacular view of the holy mountain; however, it's best recommended to prepare good hiking boots and waterproof jackets.
